Just a reminder that they're actually cousins, not sisters. Even though they really do look like they could easily be sisters. "Onee-san" doesn't have to mean "big sister," it can just be referring to a girl who's older than the person speaking. Like a high school girls helps a little kid find their parents, and the little kid is like, "arigatou onee-san" or something.
