The experimental voice lines for Mercy during the first day of the intro are one of the aspects we are most proud of so far. However, we understand that with these types of games, players tend to play with sound and voices off. It is also a time consuming process, but the results can really increase immersion in a project such as this where the characters voices are already known and loved.
Would you like to see the continued development of these voices for all characters? To add voice lines such as these for all characters throughout the intro as well as the upcoming content for the first update, it would increase development time by at least 1 week.
If the results of this poll skew towards not worth it, this does not mean that voice lines will be scrapped permanently. This poll is more of a gauge to see overall interest and if we should be allocating development time to them right now.

i concur with Aschente. Maybe come back later, when many of the girls is in, and there is a larger plan or the moste of then is a good ways' in there story, or planned storyline. i think that it is not necessary that the hole game is voiced but if you want to do it, be my guest

2024-02-12 15:47:50 +0000 UTCI think the concept is interesting but it already seems like the game is very ambitious in terms of planned content. I think it might be nice to come back later on maybe and add them though a good compromise might be for not every line/scene but just for select scenes where it seems like it really would enhance things. For example, large chunks of exhibition dialogue don't really need VO imo, but for more personal/intimate scenes it could indeed enhance immersion if executed well.
