As a point of Reference. All of the Floor guardians (And Sebas - The Butler dude) except Victim (Who you'll see later in the Anime) are Level 100, they are on par with Players from Yggdrasil at max level. The maids you see are varying in level with the lowest being around lvl 51 and the highest at lvl 69. This is a Dark Fantasy/Isekai, you are in for a ride.
