"All it takes is a tiny quart of tainted dairy creamer.

First, it takes a group of researchers who are tasked with developing new bioweapon and chemical warfare concepts.

If there are bioweapon and chemical warfare concepts, at least some of them will be dedicated to human growth hormone drug and bio-enhancement experiments.

If those experiments result in shockingly rapid weight gain and mass increases in volunteer soldiers, rendering them uselessly massive and unfit to fight, then the researchers will instead study the drug's practical use against enemy soldiers.

If the drug were to be used against enemy soldiers, an inconspicuous delivery method would need to be devised.

If such a method were to be devised, there's a good chance that it would be tested in a harmless food item, such as a quart of dairy creamer.

If the drug were to be hidden in a quart of dairy creamer, then the researchers would need to contract the work out to an actual dairy farm to produce the drug-infused creamers.

If a dairy farm were contracted to produce the drug-infused creamers, there's a chance that some of those cartons could be mixed up with cartons of normal creamers, ending up at a local grocery store.

If those tainted cartons of creamers end up at a local grocery store, then perhaps someone might purchase it by accident.

If that person purchases it by accident, then it could be consumed in a variety of recipes, from cakes to bakes, to coffee and shakes.

If the untested creamer is consumed in those recipes in large amounts, chances are, there could be unpredictable side effects of the drug when combined with Grade A, Full Fat creamer.

If there are unpredictable side effects from being combined with Grade A, Full Fat creamer, then there's a chance some of those side effects may include weight gain, size and height increases on an unprecedented scale the researchers could have never imagined.

If there is weight gain, size and height increase on an unprecedented scale, there's a small chance that the unknowing subjects would continue to grow unabated, unable to be quarantined in time by the oblivious researchers.

If the subjects are unable to be quarantined in time, they would continue to grow and swell ever larger, ballooning uncontrollably as they begin to run out of space in their rapidly cramped dwelling.

If they continue to run out of space in their rapidly cramped dwelling, it is only a matter of time before the walls and ceiling begin to cave against their bulk.

If the walls and ceilings begin to cave against their bulk, then their naked, engorged forms will soon loom over their destroyed home, dumb looks on their faces as they continue rapidly inflate past the size of blimps.

If they continue to rapidly inflate past the size of blimps, then it is only a matter of time before their fattened forms begin to encroach upon the neighborhood, tidal waves of mass and adipose burying everything in sight.

If those tidal waves of mass and adipose begin burying everything in sight, it is only a matter of time before the entire block, surburb, and city are next.
