My Hero Academia Movie Two Heroes FULL REACTION

My Hero Academia Movie Two Heroes FULL REACTION

Comments

There is an about 2 min long short called "All Might Rising" that was released along with this movie, I believe. It shows a little more of All Might's early years as a student and his two mentors, Nana and Gran Torino. Not much, but def worth watching, I'd say.

Midoriya had already said earlier in the movie back when he was geeking out from meeting David that he was the one who designed all of All Mights costumes. Before it was clearly shown in that flashback. Also in the beginning of the movie All Might told Midoriya "On this island, people can use their quirks in any way they see fit" So to me that means that no. Class 1A would NOT get in trouble for fighting the villains without a license like they would have back home. Also there as no misunderstanding. David agreed to have people pretend to be villains so he could steal research that had been banned. Even if the villains had been actors and never ecieved him and everything went originally as planned, no matter if he had good intentions are not, he stole something s he still commited a crime. People have been jailed plenty of times for doing illegal things for GOOD reasons and David's IQ is surely high enough to know/understand that, so yeah he still committed a crime. I wouldnt go as far as call him a "villain" but hes definitely a criminal

Oh did I? I didn’t notice one

Also, I think you missed the mid credits scene. It shows the aftermath of the events of the event of the movie with some cute little extra pictures at the end credits afterwards. Sorry for the late comment, I wasn't able to watch the rest until now, lol.

Imani Brooks

Are you sure? I swear it’s the same voice

Aj Rich

Not sure if you realized this later in the reaction, but that's not Kaiserneko in here.

Imani Brooks

The movie is canon. Although I think the movie was referenced once in the anime so far. While none of the characters have shown in the anime, the author of MHA has stated that the movie is canon. He worked on this movie a ton and he said that the events and characters are important.

Louie Flaugher

This movie is technically canon, but it's not in the manga. The author of the manga said it's canon (and, IIRC, he wrote this scenario himself) and that, while he hasn't introduced any of the movie characters in the manga, he may do that later. As far the Full Gauntlet, it was a prototype, so, first of all, Melissa would probably want to make a better version, and Deku wants to make One for All his own.

Gestrid

it is. it is referenced to in s3 episode 20. you'll notice in that episode during the flashback, all might gets an email with the subject line of: "Greetings from I-Island!"

Elijah Moffett

While the movie is canon, the events aren't mentioned since the manga is already far ahead in the story. We'd have to wait for the manga to bring the characters back or make the movie relevant again, AND THEN wait for the anime to get to that point.

AstroSeedP

eps 20 was the eps that lead to the movie

Scerician

i dont believe this movie is canon

Scerician

I believe that the movie came out either after or near the end of season 3, so while it fits into the storyline before season 3 there is no reference to it in season 3.

Swiftfeir

I assume the reason we don't see much of this style of tech in the anime is because most of it probably goes to America instead of Japan.

Paps

Not only the "Double Detroit", but we also got the "Double Plus Ultra: Go Beyond!"

Elijah Moffett

No idea it wasn’t mentioned to me

Aj Rich

Wasn’t there a special episode to watch before the movie

Daniel Turner

Yes thank goodness. I just caught up with your reactions yesterday I'm so glad this is up.
