It’s so satisfying seeing the little things start to add up (Patreon addition)

Little tugs or pre-stretching a shirt used to hide it but the overbulked gut can’t be hidden anymore - it peeks out of t-shirts and jackets, my sleeves tightening around expanding biceps. Even just moving around - it almost feels like I’m in a new body - throwing this new weight. Even rolling over in bed, my shoulders feel wider and I just stick up further when I lay on my side. When I walk I feel like I have new momentum behind me. Crazy to feel these little things add up. Excited to have this spot now and really accelerate things. Progress 🤤
