I grew up quasi adopted by a Bulgarian family. I'd sit on the back porch for hours with the Dad, Bojidar, talking geopolitics and history. Some of my fondest memories as a teen were of chainsmoking and trash talking the US with him. Anyway, he was always insistent that "the Jews controll the world". I always wrote it off as classic racism because he actually WAS quite racist πŸ˜…πŸ˜¬. But as I got older and learned more, I came to realize that Zionists, not Jews, really do run shit. Whether directly or inadvertently. He was right, just misguided. Could have been a bit of a language barrier, as his English wasn't great (still isn't) and my Bulgarian is novice at best. But he fucken knew. Dad's are right.

As a Syrian I've always felt that way along with many people in Syria. It does seem counterproductive to have failed states as a neighbour but its more desirable than a strong state that could pose a threat in the future. And Israel has done a good job avoiding any backlash at all from the civil war in Syria, if anything they are in a better position today because they have complete free reign over our territory to pursue Hizballah and Iran. Also the fact that ISIS and other fanatics who ruined Syria seem to have no interest at all in hurting Israel does make you wonder.

I would love to see an interview with the Blowback guys about this- see how it squares with their understanding of the Iraq war(s).

Look into Israel's provision of support for ISIS, and how they essentially used the boogeyman of Hezbollah to justify many airstrikes against the Syrian army.

One of your best! Thank you for all you do

Please see Netanyahu's map if the "new middle east" to answer the question of how far Israel's wishes to push its borders.

Wow, you know I've been looking forward to this one, and brother, it did not disappoint. Great work πŸ™πŸ½

Now I am interested in the potential involvement in the Syrian war. Are there goals to expand their borders even further? It seems counterproductive to assume that your country is more safe when you leave all of your surrounding countrys in rubble.

Dang dude , my dad was right after all. He even claimed back in 1990 that Israel was behind first gulf war , I thought he was just being ahole since he was a gangsta when he was young. Boy was he right
