The best option you can do is establish a 30 tier system where supporters get the "free" drawing cos 20 dollars for a chance to get a drawing is already overkill (a majority of fanbox users even make it so those on the low tiers have the chance of a draw with the high tier supporters guaranteed to get the free drawing.

What you really should do is have the draw be for much higher quality images than you do now (or at least have the draw be a full comic page) the fact you even said it's a low blow is very concerning and sounds more like throwing under the bus, especially since I supported you since you weren't like those other people who mostly shorthanded their supporters and that alone I found respectful. Another suggestion is to have the raffle be for people on the lower tiers. This will result in more low paying supporters and will allow the high paying supporters to still get their personalized images. This maximize support and profit rather than strictly favoring only the high tier players. Again m speaking from 7 years of experience with this
2022-10-18 15:55:39 +0000 UTCHaving experience this first hand and saw how fast my own Patreon died cos of it. No. This is an audience killer as it only give people a "chance" to get a drawing. They are already paying for a "free" drawing as is. At this point he's better off just opening commissions rather than doing a draw as it no longer guarantees that they will get their own personalized award. And this isn't me being entitled, again I lost my entire audience doing this.
