A few months ago I came to know that there is a website that is dedicated to looting the exclusive content of a large number of artists on platforms such as Patreon, Pixiv Fanbox, Ko-Fi, Gumroad, etc, to publish it openly, almost at the same time that artists upload new content for their patrons. They do this through at least one user who is currently subscribed to said platforms (who will surely laugh when reading this post, I wouldn't be surprised if even this message appears posted on said content STEALING site), and most likely, in turn, said user is paid to provide the content they leak from the private platforms.

I want to make a call to the conscience of all who read this message. These platforms have become the livelihood of many artists, me included, and having our content stolen affects us enormously. Most of the artists who use these platforms do so through small change. Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot do anything in this situation, other than continue with our work despite it, or close our platforms, that is, stop producing our content.

If you wish to contact the affected artists to inform them of this problem, please, always do so privately. Do not spread the sites that affect artists and content creators in this way. Do not support these sites, the only thing they promote is that artists stop creating the content we like.

Desde hace unos meses llegó a mi conocimiento que existe un sitio web que se dedida a saquear los contenidos exclusivos de un gran número de artistas en plataformas como Patreon, Pixiv Fanbox, Ko-Fi, Gumroad y similares, para publicarlo en abierto, casi al momento que los artistas suben nuevos contenidos para sus mecenas. Ésto lo logran a través de, al menos, un usuario que está actualmente suscrito a dichas plataformas (que seguramente se reirá al leer esta publicación, no me sorprendería si incluso este mensaje aparece publicado en dicho sitio de ROBO de contenido), y muy probablemente, a su vez, a dicho usuario se le paga por proporcionar el contenido de las plataformas privadas.

Quiero hacer un llamado a la conciencia de todos los que lean éste mensaje. Éstas plataformas se han convertido en el medio de subsistencia de muchos artistas, yo incluída, y el que se nos robe el contenido nos afecta enormemente. La mayoría de los artistas que que utilizamos éstas plataformas lo hacemos por medio de calderilla.  Lamentablemente por el momento no podemos hacer nada ante ésta situación, más que continuar con nuestro trabajo a pesar de ello, o bien, cerrar nuestras plataformas, es decir, dejar de producir nuestro contenido.

Si desean contactar con los artistas afectados para informarles de éste problema, por favor, háganlo siempre por vía privada. No difundan los sitios que afectan a los artistas y creadores de contenidos de ésta manera. No apoyen a éstos sitios, que lo único que promueven es que los artistas dejen de crear el contenido que nos gusta.
