Progress Report 22
Added 2025-06-29 17:33:14 +0000 UTCGreetings. It's me.
Sorry, gentlemen, no game update today. I need a bit more time. So, slightly later!
I don't want to repeat myself, but it's totally understandable that not everyone reads each and every progress report closely - especially with language barriers in the way, since many of you, like me, aren't native English speakers. Still, we use it to communicate.
Previously I said this:
"I'll be releasing small patches and updates to gradually turn it into the version of 1.4 I initially wanted."
That means 1.4b was never meant to be the "final" or "real" 1.4!
Apologies if there was ever any misunderstanding about that.
That’s all for now. Thank you for your support. Until next time!

I will say something that is of the greatest profoundness that any will ever read in their lives.... And i forgot what it was... I am a failure. any way a single additive in my books is always better than nothing. I know not what you want to prioritize at this time but it is better to do small steps. At this point i'm sure you know but never hurts to have refreshers. Remember to have fun with making the game just as much as making it fun for us. Put something stupid in like the curse of block that for the dungeon run will keep your partner safe from sexual assault but is a literal square. not a cube, a square and may "block" your path. If you don't have fun then i believe we will never have either. Now to put you on edge because i don't know what i'm doing in my life and for some reason have gotten no sleep: Where my game at!? Also i have a craving for broccoli. I don't know why...

2025-06-30 19:48:54 +0000 UTCGiving any deadline is dangerous, it is very hard to estimate the time needed to develop something. It isn't unreasonable to multiply your estimate by 2 or 3 times. The community will become more and more restless as estimates are being missed. Your dev-logs are great and frequent, but I'd try to get something out before a given month is over, having something stable and playable to give to (possibly even paying) players is important, even if a bunch of the done progress is missing from it. There is a community around this now, leveraging it if you will. Asking people to do closed playtests might not be a bad idea. Still, I like what you do and hope you keep at it.
