It's been quite a while since I've seen this show in its entirety, and I do appreciate the amount of set-up they're doing for different things and themes... never really noticed all of that! Really enjoying these reactions with you guys! I didn't actually comment on anything for the first season, but I am REALLY glad you guys didn't hate on Tao. Many reactors did, and it took the enjoyment out of watching those reactions for me tbh. Can't wait for the rest of the season and the next (and hopefully the season 4/movie they're planning on doing)

It does indeed tackle a bit more serious and heavy topics in season 2 and 3, but it is still very much Heartstopper. I'll talk about it a bit more when we get further in, but no, do not expect Stephen King level brutality😂. About Ben, either he genuinely doesn't realise that what he did to Charlie is assault, which is crazy to me because Charlie literally told him "no" and "stop it" several times. Or, more likely, he's in denial about it, not only to Nick but possibly to himself because he doesn't want to admit it. When Nick told him to his face that it was assault, he responded with "it was just a misunderstanding". Like bruh wth. His actor Sebastian Croft is however the complete opposite of Ben, a very sweet and considerate human being haha. And yes, boo David. He was very uncool. This became way too long, sorry about that.
