There are no written records from eight thousand years ago. I just placed Sirius there to indicate that this was one of the destinations of the Veil of Death which was a portal. There is no way for Harry to know what exactly happened eight thousand years ago, and he can only speculate. He doesn't have the greensight to navigate the weirwood network. But I'm going to give my headcanon here - The Last Hero had companions, amongst which a dog - that dog was Sirius, and his son/grandson was Brandon the Builder (not a single person).

But you’ve done a good job showing how the magic has to be utilized differently at first. Do you plan to go into more backstory of Sirius and his time in Westeros? Like was he Bran the Builder? Perhaps he was The Warg King?

Not yet; the next tier is going to be 7 $, for all the chapters I have in stock and any further tiers are going to be cosmetic. But it's not here just yet. I'm trying to free up some time to write more.

For some reason I kept expecting Theon and Asha to die in some epic naval battle, but no, Jon just shows up and kills them lickety split. It’s a good way of subverting expectations, and frankly, if they were not important to the story then why not get rid of them easily? Overall good chapter. I have to ask - is their like a Patreon Plus where I can get even more chapters early? :-)
