Status Update (v0.2.11)

The next build is coming along, and I hope to have it out before leaving on a short trip mid-February. In this build, I've finished refining the pleasure and arousal values for all body-on-body interactions (and fixed a few that were off, thanks to your reports!), and I've started running down the list and cleaning up reticle positioning and input bounds. In other words, I'm polishing the interaction interface so that the mouse movements feel natural when touching, stroking, spanking, etc.
The next step after that is what we've all been patiently waiting for: cleaning up the animations themselves and making sure things look pretty in motion. That'll likely kick off in 0.2.12.
After that, I'll be able to safely say that the body-on-body interactions are all good to go, and my plan after that is to take all of these loose systems that I've built and combine them into a proper game format: the 3D analogue of that old Rack v0.1 demo that started this whole adventure, years ago, ready to be expanded with toys and content.
There are many experimental systems I've tried over the past few years that I enjoy and plan to refine (e.g. chemical processing, lab editing, the research system), as well as many experimental systems that I think are busts (e.g. the inline dialogue system, the tutorial segments) and will likely scrap to pare the game's scope back down. It's no surprise that the scope of this game has spiraled beyond what I originally intended, and biting off more than I can chew has turned this project into a monster that I'd desperately like to tame.
For what it's worth, I'm also considering contracting an artist to help me wrap things up. I'm not ready to start posting job openings or anything just yet, but if you happen to be qualified and interested, feel free to shoot me a message.
Anyway - this is just my regular reminder that I'm not dead, and I'm still working!

He gets mad too fast so if anyone who just want to fap their biz would need to hands to keep constantly saying things to the guy over and over and over and then hes not completely happy lol. If it were like how it was for 0.2.6 as far as the timing, it be good. And they need actual butthole puckers and actual pecs and muscles instead of female boobs for pecs. Keep up the good work. 2020-02-15 10:17:06 +0000 UTCi know its a very early build still but this is going to be a much later future plan, but how about a map where the foundation is in the underground just like the "Hive" from Resident evil with a skipable elevator, which leads to a gigantic open ambient where you have a big bridge in the middle to get to your labs and other stuff, while that on the sides you have a big walls where the Sleeping capsules are attached as Design (the actual 6 in the main room). When you also generate some Test Subjects a robotic arm system will grab a random capsule and brings it to the selection, which would looking to nice and perfect for the game (but thats just a idea, like you can still go ahead on your first map you planned)

2020-02-04 14:28:48 +0000 UTCFunny enough I already designed goat horns and the tip for a devils tail, and they work to, was pretty easy to add them by just dropping the 3d object into the proper parts folder.
2020-02-04 14:26:22 +0000 UTCIf you get around to making more 3d objects, i would like a stingray barb but in the barb list. Also when horns, fins, and other embelishments are loaded, sometimes they load as pure white.
