So, I just kinda impulsively sketched out his OC Sophie testing out her recent augmentations. Why four arms? Why not? Better to handle her own hyper junk and help massage her body to adjust to the modified parts.
Her refractory period just requires chugging some water, maybe some candy to supplement it with flavor and the cyberflesh kicks into gear and processes it back up into fresh jizz.
