Never. You are the kindest and hardest working one I subscribe to. Considering the overflow of content you give (you also give more for a measly $1 pledge than anyone on Patreon), someone would have to be an entitled asshat to complain about that. But there are some sensitive snowflakes who are never satisfied I guess.

Im here to support you...and book club is my highest tier benefit, but its not your fault its not working.. It would be a pretty selfish thing to demand a refund for that! im happy with everything you have done since i first joined. Dont sell yourself short ...we all love you.

Please dont give out refunds, don't let your conscience get the best of you. People requesting such things or pushing their own self-interest on you is unfair - you make the content, your audience will be there to support you regardless, no need to stress.
