Meredith Spaceship DiD 2 & The AI debate

I'm aware of the differing opinions on using AI for my art and totally appreciate that. It made me wonder about sharing these pics but at least 1 person wanted to see them so here they are.
The AI debate is huge and is going to be something to deal with for pretty much any kind of artist in the future. Had a bit of a discussion about it on my server last night if you're interested (in the Damsel Comics News channel before 'Sgt' Sassy took over).
As a very quick summary, I've been very against the use of AI for any creative work since it started. I don't agree with it, I wish it had never been invented and I cannot help but see the future of creativity being ruined by it BUT, the sad truth of it is that AI is here to stay, like it or loathe it.
As such, I have been experimenting with it, trying to see how much involvement I can still have with it as an artist (and musician).
The pressures and strains of being an artist at this time, competing with other people who will use AI, is really tough. I am struggling to keep Damsel Comics going especially after disappointing reactions to new projects I've tried to get going (e.g. Magpie and Mei Hem), technical issues with my laptop and the general cost of living. I've poured so much love and effort into it though so I do not want to see it just die. So, I am considering my options and part of that is to test the use of AI if, as I fear, that is going to be the future. I can see the attraction of it, and, in all honesty, I have liked some of the creations AI has generated both with art and music. With the music side, it's actually been going down pretty well.
I was feeling that Meredith's adventures may be the last chance of saving Damsel comics. Maybe it isn't, but that's how it feels right now.
Now, just to reassure you, I am not stopping my regular art that I draw myself. There are projects involving the usual stuff underway with the new Keyer & CHRYSTEL comic and more catgirl stuff. I was only thinking of using AI for Meredith as it is a new project with no familiarity yet and because it kinda fits her futuristic scenario.
Regarding these pictures, I spent a long time developing the prompts to get Meredith looking (pretty much) as I wanted her to look in the right kind of pose and setting, tweaking prompts for ages and ploughing through thousands of images, (most of which were utter rubbish) to find something decent to share. The idea of Meredith's story was originally to do it as a video game first as you may have seen, but animating that with the very limited resources my wife and I have is proving to be a pain. So, I decided I'd like to try and get her story going in a more usual format, either as a comic or an illustrated book (like Godsister Snoops).
I was hoping to get something new for you to see and enjoy and something fresh for me to work on.
I honestly now, don't know what to do. I can understand using AI for this story may not be popular but I feel I have to try something different. However, if it's going to be really hated before it even begins, I won't bother.
But without it, I don't know what the future will be for Damsel Comics. I'd like to keep it going with a team of artists and writers who can help me with my regular stories and characters but I'd like to keep it as close as possible to my style for consistency. I don't know if anyone would be interested in that, if you are and feel you could draw, colour or write in a style like mine, please let me know.
