Added 2019-01-28 08:37:28 +0000 UTCI've been eager to get to this scene for years now. I've been extremely happy with Vice President Scrimm's design since I did the 04 and 05 concept art something like 2 years ago. Here's that concept art again, I posted it a while back.
That said, I might tweak the colours on this a bit before uploading it to the website. Anyway, enjoy!
