This is a movie version of the hit Batman comedy series from the same time. They made the movie to bring in extra cash and fund building extra vehicles for the series. I liked the series better than the movie. The writing on the show I think was a little smarter mixed in with the same silliness. The show did two episodes a week and each week was a two part story. It had the same cast except Catwoman. They rotated villains between these classic 4 and a bunch of original villains. It was a show that many famous people wanted to get on to have some fun.
