Places I never thought I'd See

I hit my goal to take Amber and Nicole to Japan to shoot for We Were Wanderers last month, and I'm really at a loss for words. You all have given me the opportunity to create in ways that I never thought possible. For 6 years in order to travel I slept in the front seat of the car leaned all the way back, I saved money by hunting once or twice a year and doing all of my own butchering, I managed to see every state in the country that way, and once I crossed that off my bucket list I set me eyes on the rest of the world, but I wasn't sure if it would be possible.

Now thanks entirely to Patreon I have created on 5 continents, and 9 countries. When I'm home I'm shooting a portraiture project on Wet Plate, working on Temperance the book and I'm still experiencing new parts of the United States when I can.

Just 8 years ago I left my time zone for the very first time not knowing that it would lead me down this path, but despite the hardship I've never regretted it because of the amazing support you all have given me.

Now you all have given me the challenge of dreaming up another goal. So thank you so much for everything. I wish I could express it more.
