It was only a matter of time before he surfaced. Having had a close encounter with Dal , I can tell how dangerous he is. After Agent Ren and Elutar escaped and even managed to save Hyao, the three of them got taken down by our rogue agent. He took them deep into the forest, and just like Harris, didn't turn off our communication's device.

We are not sure what the intentions of Dal's are, as for when he came in contact with whatever was in the facility up north he changed his attitude to shoot first and ask questions never. I am sure I have his file around here somewhere, that might help us find a way to deal with him...

It seems that whatever Dal is shooting isn't fatal, and there's strong evidence to suggest he's injecting his victims with S. Watching from afar I could see Agent Hyao being compliant, even begging for him to do unspeakable things to him. I believe the term "Knot me until I pop" came out through our communication device.

One thing to note is that he hardly ever ties his victims. And he leaves them be for long periods of time, he must know as well as I do that S doesn't last very long in your system... is he experimenting, or is he just fond of the chase?

Attempts to rescue Hyao have been met with extreme hostility. It seems that he knows all my techniques, so I must think out of the box for this one, I don't wish to lose more men...
