In between Bae and I's two looks for The Jungle we decided to try and get some nudes in nature shots for Into the Wild. Above 8,000 feet in the Sangre de Christo's the temperature had already dropped significantly, but ever the trooper she held each pose on the frigid rocks for long exposures as I shot from a tripod on the bank of the creek.Even though the temperature was very low, we were still dealing with very dappled lighting, so we had to really hunt for spots with a nice soft even light, and often times the spot I thought looked great required a short hike through knee high water. I helped keep her out of the water as much as possible, but when we found our last location, which yielded the best photos, we had also reached a spot that meant she would have to walk through the frigid creek. Without hesitation she pulled off her shoes and walked through the icy water and climbed the giant rock.I'm always amazed when somebody goes above and beyond to help create the photo. I always tell my models they can say no at anytime if a location seems to crazy, but more often than not it ends up being me that protests to a ridiculous spot. The number one rule on any outdoor shoot is "Don't Die."These were all shot with the Canon 17-40mm F4L on tripod.https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ckhf3l5564it2ny/AAC60F6helhI9IdpMp4Fw2rNa?dl=0
