March Milestone!
Added 2015-04-03 01:35:45 +0000 UTCApril is beginning, and with that I am getting ready to go back on the road, and shoot myself into absolute exhaustion. Having past my goal to fix my damaged photo equipment (just sent everything out this week for repair), I have made up a few new goals on Patreon to push my work even further, and made some new reward tiers as well. Going forward I'll be using Patreon to keep going forward. More traveling, more nudes in nature, more landscapes, more erotica. My goal over the next two years is to finish American versions of The Rising Lands and Into the Wild books, and start working on shooting abroad. I'd also like to do this for The Jungle and Temperance, but they are fairly new series for me, so it is doubtful they will be ready along that same timeline. I've been shooting landscapes and outdoor nudes for 7 years now, and I'm finally getting to a point where I am happy with enough to start to imagine them as books. I'm also looking to do a project entirely focused on Nicole Vaunt and I's work together. After three years of not being able to travel together she is finally coming on a full trip with me this year. We are planning on doing as many locations as possible this trip, so expect to see her interwoven with a plethora of american landscapes. The end goal for this would be a gallery/book. With all of these projects in mind I added a $30 Reward tier that includes access to all of my photos and tutorials as well as a monthly Polaroid. This will be just like getting a post card from us on the road, but more unique, and, I think, more fun. I also added a $100 tier for copies of the books as I finish them, which will be printed and hand bound by me. I like most other photographers have always loved the Helmet Newton book Sumo, and the Audubon Elephant Folio's. These will be my versions of that. Incredibly limited edition books made from hundreds of real prints in large format on the papers and with the inks I think show the work the absolute best. That is all for now. Thank you so much for all of your support, and I hope you are enjoying this experiment as much as I am. Please feel free to reach out if you have any ideas for things I can do, or things you would like to see on here. -Corwin
