She kisses you awake. Her soft lips on your cheek and jaw. “You’ve slept long enough, love.” She strokes the hair away from your face and neck. She kisses more, dragging her lips down your throat.
You moan softly. “Kissing me like that won’t get me out of bed.” You roll over and smile up at her.
He wings flutter and she kisses your lips. She pulls back with a frown. “Your breath is horrible.”
You laugh and kiss her again. “Good morning,” you sit up and stretch. You couldn’t blame her for wanting to wake you up for early. Today was important for both of you. For one, she had the entire day off. It had taken her a lot of planning, but Anemone managed to get a day to spend with you. Second, you were celebrating your birthday.
She nuzzles to your cheek, kissing your neck and nibbling your ear. “I have you a special breakfast ready.” She strokes your cheek and taps your nose.
You smile, “when is it not special with you?”
“I swear,” she insists. “It is special!”
You get out of bed and she grabs your hand. You can tell she’s excited. It’s your first birthday together. You love that she makes big deals out of small things. The celebration she held for your six month anniversary still made you tear up if you thought about it.
She sits you down in the breakfast nook and pours your tea. She fixes it just the way you like. She then scampers back off into the kitchen and brings out a tray full of food. There are crepes and fruit salad, thick slabs of bacon.
“And what makes this so special?” You smirk.
She sits down beside you. “Well, aside from me making everything from scratch, the berries are from our garden.”
“Really? They’re ready?”
She pushes a berry to your lips. “Just in time.”
You lick her finger and turn back to your food. She sips tea and eats sparingly, watching you brings a bright smile to her face. “When you’re done here,” she says, “I thought we could go shopping.”
You huff. “Anemone, I told you-”
She shakes her head. “I know. I thought I’d try. Ok then, birthday girl, what do you want to do today?”
You lick your lips. “I just really wanted to be with you,” you reply. “ It’s the first day we have to spend all of together. It’s not just a quick lunch or an exhausted dinner. I finally have your full attention to myself.”
She nuzzles to your cheek. “You’re so darling.”
You meet her kiss and you run your fingers through the downy fluff around her neck. “Uhm-” you swallow. “I do have one special request.”
She tilts her head. “What is it, love?”
“I’m ready,” you whisper. “Tonight…” you take one of her hands and press it over your belly. “I want your eggs.”
She shudders and tears come to her eyes. She kisses you passionately and sniffles. “Are you sure? Really? Oh! Today is supposed to be your day!”
You smile and pet away her tears. “I’m very certain. Today is special for both of us. I know the time is right, Anemone.”
She kisses you again and she nods. “I love you so much.”
You giggle and butt your forehead to hers. “I love you too, my queen.”
“Are you sure you don’t want to go shopping?” She sniffles.
You laugh. “Not today.” You stand up. “Can we go cuddle a bit?”
She nods, “go get comfortable. I’ll put the dishes away.”
You go to the living room and get comfortable on the sofa. You turn on the TV and search for a movie to watch. Anemone sits beside you, kissing your neck and rubbing her hands up your legs and sides.
“Mnh,” you moan. “I said cuddle.”
“Sorry,” she giggles and curls up beside you, pulling you in close. She kisses the top of your head. “I just got so excited.”
“I know you did.” You smile up at her. “I just couldn’t wait to tell you what I wanted.”
“I’m glad you didn’t wait,” she murmurs into your ear.
You settle in, curled up beside her and turning something on to watch. Halfway through the movie the phone rings and Anemone grunts. “I told them not to call me today.” You sit up so she can slip off the sofa and answer the phone.
“Yes,” she snips. She’s silent for a long moment. “What?” Her tone is sharp and icy. You flinch and look over the back of the sofa. She’s pacing now. Her wings are flared up and buzz as she turns.
“I told you that I was busy today.” Her cool but icy tone is like a knife. “Can this not wait?” She stills and her wings drop. “Then make it as quick as possible. If You waste even a further moment of my time I will see you pay it all back.” She cuts off the phone and turns to you. Her eyes are tired and sorrowful.
“It’s ok,” you murmur. You stand and go to her, wrapping your arms around her. “Go take care of it. I’ll wait for you.”
She kisses your hair. “Lunch will be delivered around one. But I promise to be done by then,” she murmurs. “I’m so sorry.”
You kiss her palm and nod. “I know. I’m not mad at you.”
She kisses you then goes off, getting dressed. She kisses you once more before she leaves and she storms out the door.
Your shoulders slouch and you rub your eyes. You return to the sofa and turn off the movie. You flip over to some stupid TV and you poke at the candy dish. Lunch is promptly delivered when she said, but she isn’t. You pick at it. It’s your favorite meal from your favorite restaurant, but you can’t seem to get excited about it. You leave it mostly untouched and go get a shower.
You notice she’s laid out new soap and shampoos for you. There’s a basket full of beautiful bath bombs and salts. There are rose petals and candles set up on the sink. You know she had been more excited than you for today.
She left more little gifts around the house. In your closet, she had bought you a new winter wardrobe. She had even bought you all new underwear and bras. In the office, she’s gotten you a new desk and chair. There’s even a comfy sofa in there now.
She had so much for you and she wasn’t here to enjoy it with you. You bite your lip, part of you wishing she wasn’t the queen. An even darker part of you wanted her to give it up and leave for you. But you knew she never would. She loved her colony too much. She was too good and meant so much to her people. You loved how much she cared for her colony. Her hive was so important and she drew so much strength from it. You realize if it came down to a decision that you would be the one who had to be cut.
The thought brought tears to your eyes. The mere idea hurt more than getting burned. You try to stop the tears but that only hurts more.
The door opens and her heels click as she walks inside. She sighs, tossing her things aside. She looks around, “darling?” She calls out as she kicks off her shoes.
You try to keep your voice quiet. You don’t want her to catch you crying because of your over thinking.
She sees the lunch sitting out untouched and she walks around trying to find you. She finally finds you in the bedroom and she rushes to your side. She falls before you, grasping your hands with one set of hands and wiping your face dry with the other.
“Darling,” she gasps. “What’s wrong? Tell me?”
You sniffle and sob, seeing her only making you cry more. “I’m sorry I-”
“Don’t,” she coaxes. “No don’t.” She wraps you up in her arms and pets your hair. “I don’t blame you being upset with me.”
You shake your head. “It’s not you.” You manage to catch a breath. “I just…I had this horrible thought.”
She strokes your cheek, her eyes focused on you. “I’m so sorry I left you alone with those thoughts.” She kisses your forehead. “I’m here. I’m here. It’s ok to cry.”
You hold tight to her until you stop trembling. You pull back and rub your eyes. She kisses your cheek and gives you some space. “I never intended to be gone so long,” she murmurs. “It became a whole-” she then shakes her head. “It doesn’t matter now. Tell me, what made you this way?”
“I realized…” you murmur. “If it ever has to happen I’ll leave.”
Her eyes widen. “Leave? What are you talking about?” She gasps.
“Your colony is what matters,” you sniffle. “If I’m a problem then I…for you I don’t mind walking away.”
She scoops you back up in her arms. “You’re part of my colony as well,” she sniffles. “You’re my family. You’re my most important family.” She has tears in her eyes when she looks at you. “I don’t want to sound dramatic, but I’d not survive without you!”
You smile. “That was dramatic.”
She kisses you. “You never ever have to leave, for any reason.” She smoothes the hair away from your face. “You’re my heart.”
“I love you too,” you whisper, butting your forehead to hers.
She sighs, a smile gracing her face as you touch her. “Ok, let’s try and salvage this day.” She takes your hand.
“I saw all the things you did,” you reply. “You did so much.”
“Because I thought you’d enjoy it,” she laces her fingers with yours. “My plans for dinner are ruined but I think we can take lunch and have a good time.”
You tug her hand. “Actually,” you pull her back to you. “I don’t want to wait anymore, Anemone.”
Her wings flutter and her eyes go soft. “Are you sure?”
You nod. “Please.”
Her hand trembles as she touches you. She runs her fingers over your lips and down your throat. Her eyes go lidded as she kisses you. She pushes you down onto the bed as you wrap your arms around her. She kisses your neck and chest. She undresses you slow, taking off an article of clothing and kissing the exposed skin. Her sharp teeth graze against your belly and you whimper.
She pulls off your pants and she pets your legs. “I love your thighs,” she moans. “Your hips.” She kisses there and you shudder. “So soft and warm.” Her hand pushes between your thighs, her fingers rubbing your clit.
You bite your lip, rolling your hips to meet her touch. She gasps, pulling her hand back and spreading her fingers. The web of your wetness stretches between her fingertips and then she licks them clean.
“You’re so wet already.” She presses her knee between your thick thighs so it rubs against your sex. She kisses and holds you. Her four hands petting all over your body as she sucks on your tongue. She pulls back and dips down, she nuzzles to your thigh and then bites.
“Ow,” you whimper.
She kisses and rubs where she bit you. “It’s ok.” She rises back up, watching your expression.
Your thighs aches and burns, then you start to feel liquid. Your whole body warm relaxed. You sigh and your eyes flutter. “What was that?”
“Something to help with the process,” she kisses your cheek and the contact feels amazing. Your nerves electrified.
“Already?” She strokes her hand down your center and you shiver. Your whole body is sensitive and receptive. “Feel good, baby?” She presses her fingers inside of you and you cry out loudly.
She giggles, moving her fingers faster inside you. “I’ll take that as a yes.” She pulls her fingers out and opens your thighs.
You whimper as you watch her above you. “You’re so beautiful,” you pant.
She licks her lips. “You too.” She dips down, kissing you as she presses inside you. You shudder as she eases the tentacle inside you. You wrap your arms tight around her as you feel her tremble. You feel the tentacle inside surge and bulge. Anemone moves her hips, thrusting it deeper and harder inside. You gasp and moan as she pushes against your womb. Above you she grunts and sighs. Drool drips from her lip with her effort.
“Anemone,” you whine her name.
She lifts your legs up, pushing them so your knees hit your shoulders. You whimper watching her as she bares her teeth and ruts harder. You feel her shove inside, pushing against your womb until she’s inside. You cry, tears coming to your eyes.
Anemone stills, panting hard and swallowing. “Sorry,” she rasps. She bites your thigh again and you’re flooded with more warmth. She wipes the tears from your eyes and she stiffens again. She rolls her hips, whimpering in pain.
You touch her arm, watching her as her face contorts. She snarls and grunts and then you feel it. Your inner walls stretch and you cry out. The eggs push into you through the tentacle. You gasp and shudder as she lays them in your womb. She grunts, thrusting her hips as you feel her push more eggs inside you. You roll your hips, meeting her thrusts and your body trembles.
She snarls letting out a final loud roar and she releases her warm, thick jelly inside of you. You wail with her, your body thrashing against the bed. She growls low as she pulls from you. You whimper, your body spasming with aftershocks as she slips from inside you.
Anemone lifts you up, cradling you in her arms. She rubs your belly which is now expanded out with all the eggs inside of you. She kisses your cheek and neck and carries you to the bathroom. She starts a hot bath and mixes in oils and salts and rose petals. She eases in with you, letting you relax on her chest.
“Was I too rough?” She mumurs guiltily. “You’re so quiet.”
You swallow and shake your head. “No I’m just…” you tremble and she rubs your back.
“Still sensitive?” She claws her fingers through your hair, massaging your scalp and neck with a gentle touch.
You nod then look down, seeing your stretched belly. You smile, laying your hands on it. Tears fall down your cheeks and you smile wide. “Oh wow.”
She rubs your belly as well, kissing your cheek and nuzzling to your hair. “Are you happy?”
You nod. “I am.”
“Me too,” she whispers into your ear. “Did you have a good birthday.”
You turn and smile up at her. “Of course,” you touch her cheek and kiss her then relax against her chest again. “I guess the wardrobe you got me won’t fit now.”
She gasps and flinches. “You need maternity clothes!”
“Babe, babe,” you still her. “It can wait. Don’t worry.”
“But you don’t have any-” you touch your finger to her lips.
“Relax,” you coax, smiling at her. “Enjoy the peace right now. Soon, it won’t be so quiet for us.”
