Tier overhaul
Added 2021-07-14 14:00:03 +0000 UTCI changed the tiers and added two more:
2€ - Laquiva
5€ - Stegosaur
10€ - Orjen-Saur
25€ - Meradar
50€ - Gryph (new)
100€ - Dragoon (new)
