FILMMAKER REACTS TO HALO 2 ANNIVERSARY ALL CUTSCENES | BLAST FROM THE PAST!

I've been absolutely loving this Halo run recently and it's thanks to you guys so keep up the recommendations! I know I've got Halo Wars 1 to cover, is there anything else worth checking out in the Halo universe?

Not a huge amount of film talk at the end as I mention a lot of it as we watch together. What I might do as I continue these all cutscene reactions is write down notes so I can cover them again at the end. Maybe expand on them a little more. My only concern is making the videos too long. Would you like me to try it out?

Additional note: After watching this video, I decided to take a look to see if there was a cutscene missing. Apparently there was, where it returns to Spartan Locke and the Arbiter at the end.

Let me know your thoughts on these cinematics.

P.S. The video has received a copyright claim which has me hoping it won't play you YouTube ads when you watch. It should still be ad free but if not, let me know and I'll dispute it.

I'm glad you enjoyed it fella! This is A level stuff and that comes with money. Sadly it always comes back to ROI (return on investment). A day that beach sounds good, not heard of that before. I'm might take a look at the odst interviews. Unsure what it's called but a lot of people are asking me to check it out. Thank you again Tom for being here man.

Fantastic commentary. Never ceases to amaze me how great the work Blur did in adapting these cutscenes, I'm not surprised you got swept up in just watching them. Baffles methat Microsoft never just backed a dumptruck full of money to this studio and asked for a full movie from them. They remade an additional Halo 2 cutscene "A Day at the Beach" in this fashion, its about 3-4 minutes long. Also if you're looking for additional Halo suggestions, it might be worth taking a look at the CGI cinematics for Halo 4's Spartan Ops mode, all together there's 40-45 minutes worth of them. Different creative studio I think. Once again, great video!
