The Bannerman: Condottiero on Horse

The horse's armor is also adorned with coins, a symbol of the profession, and we've added some luggage, giving it a traveler’s look that sets it apart from other human miniatures.

Im thinking he looks short because the horse blanket goes really low in the middle making the animal seem closer to the ground.
