Morty's head was completely blown (both of them heads if you ask me). That "Jessica" and all those hands touching Morty would end up by making him feel what he had never felt before.
It was all part of a "dream" but i'm pretty sure it wasn't just a normal dream... there was something behind it, and a very important meaning behind it.
But Morty was just enjoying what he had at the moment.
