Tis coo'. Rest is important, and blockage is natural. Take your time and do you. Though, as for ideas... maybe get into gob culture a bit? Show examples of Do's and Don't with gobbos. It'd be a good setup for random one-offs in between main story stuff along with giving plenty opps for laughs and lewds. Don't have to limit it with just gobs either, za vorld ees yors!

Fun thing that can help is to just draw something inspired by a piece of media you have recently enjoyed that moved you. As for pill ideas, could always use infiltrating a "dangerous" new cult only to find what they worship is something silly, like a very peculiar dildo.
