Just talking side stories in general, I feel like the best ways to go would be to either do something from the characters' pasts (like Natani and Zen early days in the guild, to reach for something that has 'mishaps' written all over it) or to indeed do something that isn't about the cast at all, to show some other part of the world. The weakness of the MM #1 setting for me was that since it was roughly concurrent to the comic and bonus content, it was pretty clear from the start that nothing with any relevance or impact on the actual comic or characters was going to happen. Also, just to clarify, did you write MM #1 yourself, or were other people involved?

I second a lot of the other comments here, about a little side-story featuring Chimera. Could cover her origins in more detail, her journeys searching to reunite with Trace, meeting both groups, and then some fun/crazy shenanigans after joining everyone (involving her strange and unusual traits)!

I think it's implied that there are, considering the way the keidran are classified. If there are cats, there's definitely dogs, and that would logically extend to wolfs and big cats

I don't remember it being answered in-comic, but are there animal versions of Keidran forms? Like there are Tiger Keidrans, but are there also just tigers? The sketches are not canon, but we did have Lady Nora in both animal cat form and Keidran Cat form...

Neutral/ Ephemural has another race long forgotten...something across the sea or hidden far north in the frozen wastes. What might that be? Why hidden? Perhaps there is another more subtle Mask at work that turns some part of Ephemural's unifying enemy into some other united alliance? Somebody gets out ahead of time, changes the game- again. Or how and why they were set aside before. Or they caught on and resent being used as pawns (and tossed aside) and have changed in the time since specifically to not be pawns. Or they have been overthrown by a servant race. (Darned things will not stick to the script and the plan! They keep changing it and question everything behind your back! ) Minotaurs or Centaurs? Some other breed of creature like an impish gazelle, Satyr or....?

I would love to see a story where someone plays a prank on Maren by turning her into a cat keidran using the collar, and then they have to figure out who so they can take the collar off, and throughout the entire thing, Maren is forced to not only come to terms with the transformation, but also to reevaluate her entire view of keidran

Personally, i would like to see Nora be on the receiving end of something once in a while. Like maybe she finds some sort of form lock item and accidentally traps herself in a rather weak form for a given amount of time. And naturally, she just so happens to be in one of the bad parts of town. and ends up getting taken as a sex slave or whatever other maguffen device one can think of.

I'd like to see someone attempt to steal it, but Nibbs snatches it away and runs off with it. Some innocent bystander comes across it whill Nibbs isn't looking and shenanigans ensue. After said shenanigans end, Nibbs snatches it up again, and the whole thing repeats over and over until she gets it back Sythe and the gang for one more romp.

I suspect stories involving the regular cast will be the most popular and I do enjoy that as well but I would also be interested in seeing other characters, beings/monsters, locations and events. A couple examples showing the popularity of alternate characters are the sketch sets done for Therie & Daniels and the Snow Leopard Village (this one would definitely fall into the magical mishaps category). I would also be very interested if some MM stories were about historical events. They don't need to occur in the same time period as the current story.

Looking forward to the second story! It's enjoyable to see the characters interact in ways the main comic doesn't show - I suppose that's true of all side content. This being not-really-canon and more relaxed, too.<br>New characters, eh? Exciting!

You know, I would love to see more of the Two Kinds world, the world we know now is really one continent and one island. I propose one in an ancient Chinese setting with a panda, a monkey, a mystical dragon, and one or two humans. It never hurts to go outside your comfort zone a little bit.

I had an idea of one with Kat, where in an attempt to get erics attention, she uses a potion sold to her by a sales man that will "make her the largest thing in his life". This, of course, turns out to be a scam, with Kat becoming gigantic. idk, it was a stupid idea I had. I felt like sharing this with everybody cause I'm curios as to everyone's thoughts.

Also, I'm sending in: "Perfectly Surprising Transformation: Edmund Sirus" where it's revealed that Edmund is actually the Vixen from Mike's Dreams (I like the name Edwin) that can also perfectly transform, but no matter what she tries, other than returning to normal form, she can only transform into male forms.

For future MM stories I’d like to see some info on the snow wolf tribe in the upper left hand area of the TK map. That or info on tribes we don’t see a lot of. Like the dog, Fox, panther, or even Eastern Basitin tribe. It would definitely be hard to do a MM for the Eastern Basitins but either way it would be great to learn more about these tribes
