No way. There comes a point where the difference in strength is so massive that any amount of strategy is meaningless. Morel vs Meruem would be like a regular human vs Hisoka lol. The king would take Morels head off before he could use any type of strategy

So bringing back what Morel (smoke guy) said to Killua. Just because you have more strength doesn't mean anything in a Nen fight. I know it is a hard thing to consider but I can almost guarantee King would have been stomped on like crazy by probably even Morel up till this point. Which is also one of the reasons you can tell 95% of the people in the show so far are fledglings in the world. Might/Aura means very little to true Nen fights

I'd argue it's the highlight of the whole series. There's a reason Meruem is often referred to as perhaps shonen's greatest antagonist and OP character.

when pitou said "you never know what could happen" he wasnt implying they were gonna try and over throw the king, it was more of a "we dont know what the enemy has in store for us"

Knuckle is great. Top 10 for sure. Morel is too, maybe Pitou too. The blind gungi girl is also up there. Of course the king is my #1. So many great characters from this arc. And no, Pitou is definitely not betraying the king lol, his entire character is based around his undying and codependent trust and obsession and faith to the king.

Gungi is a game created by the mangaka and, as far as I'm aware, only exists in this series. It's said that Gungi was likely modeled after the Korean board game Janggi. EDIT: Neferpitou isn't trying to overthrow the king. It's just the way he talks.

Personal opinion: Gon IS evil. Not because he is a bad person or wants to destroy the world or something. Just because he is the perfect product of the world of Hunter x Hunter, a child without any morals. To do what he wants, he doesn't mind what it takes, and he enjoys the thrill of the chase. He is from the first moment portrayed as a hunter, in every sense. I don't like him. He is the type of person that would never second guess himself, and end up doing fucked up stuff
