31 Days of Samhain 🎃🌙🔮 / / Freezer Spell - Day 23

Good morning moon babes! Today I wanted to share a spell that a lot of us might know and love, Freezer spells! Now everyone's take on how to perform this is different, may depend on cultural backgrounds and personal practice preferences and that's totally okay! This is one of the ways I like to perform it.

Freezer spells are often used to shut someone up and legit freeze them in their tracks, give them time to cool the fuck down, settle down, and stop whatever they are doing.

What You'll Need:

- War water, or hex water

- Paper

- A picture of the target if you'd like

- A colored zip lock bag- I like doing this slightly differently than other practitioners because In my mind - if the bag is clear and so is the water I'm missing out on the aspect of blinding the opponent. This is why I will legit put black paper inside the bag to cancel the sides out / Sharpie the outside of the bag (this is a perfect time to add sigils) or if you can find a bag that's colored and you're not able to see through use this. It needs to be able to zip entirely tight.

- Poppy seeds

- Vampire Blood Power Ritual Spell Oil

- Black Cat Banishing Ritual Spell Oil

- Jynx cologne - if you do not have this replace it with bong water (if you smoke)

- Paper for a petition

- Black candle

How to perform the spell-

I like making sure I cleanse my space and self fully, do a reversal before this, set up a protection candle, call my ancestors down and get to work.

I personally love writing a petition to my ancestors for most workings I end up doing, it gets my mind set up, super concise about what I am willing to happen, and helps them understand better both where I am coming from and what were all working towards with no mistakes in translation. I also will make sure to thank them and ask for all wisdom they can offer. - Side note, before doing any spellwork it is advised that you divined beforehand to make sure it is of your highest good and going to turn out the way you intend to.

I will then dress the black candle with my name and everyone in the home for protection, fold my petition paper, and place it under the candle to burn as I work.

I then move to the picture and paper to write the person's name on. From here I will prep those with hex oil, banishing oil, and pray over the items, rip up the photo away from you and put it into the bag, add their name to the bag and other ingredients, lastly add the water and pray into the water as you pour.

I personally do not like freezer spells too much in my practice as I have issues with food, and don't need nasty energy next to the stuff I'm then going to cook, so If I find myself doing one, I will dedicate a space in my freezer for this and kind of block that area off with selenite, black tourmaline, and salt then place the bag in the middle. - This is extra and not needed if you don't mind-

Once it is time to put your spell bag into the freezer leave it n forget about it, If you wanna be petty let them thaw out every once and a while add some new shit and put them RIGHT back, back and forth as long as you’d like!
