2020-03-23 23:00:49 +0000 UTCDon't worry is ok. It is a file .rar, a compressed file similar to .zip or .7-zip. You can decompress the file with winrar. after decompressing the file it will appear a folder with multiple files inside.

2018-04-23 07:16:09 +0000 UTCSelect only the packages files of the download folder and move them to Mods. Be sure to have your game updated and have selected the option "Activate custom content and mods" and "Allow script Mods" on Game Settings > Others.
