Yes I’m 39 and yes I have a chronic pain injury but I would wear all the safety equipment and I would wear cute outfits????
This all started because my baby brothers girlfriend asked for roller skates and I found these ones, which are SO her style. She’s gonna die!!!
Then I was asking my mom if I’m too old for roller skates and she was all “how the fuck do I have a daughter who is almost 40?” And I was like “I dunno but they also make them in your favourite colour”:
And as a bonus the iPhone roller skates emoji looks just like them. 🛼
So yeah. Multi generational roller skates party?
(These are all by a company called Impala and there are so many other colours. Tell me if you get a pair and we can make our own queer roller skating crew?)

You can get the whole set (elbow, knee, wrist) in the rainbow Moxis! I have the jade background but there is also lavender and pink and I want them all 😂

2020-12-28 04:48:11 +0000 UTCI had to stop skating just before the holidays because of a torn calf muscle. DOOOOOO IT. It's so fun!! Have you seen the Moxi rainbow skating pads?!?! The worst I've done is bruised my arse and hand after starfish falling straight backwards on concrete 😅. My advice is learn how to fall (forward) first haha

2020-12-03 16:04:28 +0000 UTCI’ve yet to have anything beyond a skinned knee! Wrist guards and knee pads have been my best friend, coupled with teaching myself how to fall safely. There’s a woman named dirty Deborah on YouTube that has a TON of good safety videos to help you fall correctly, which makes getting back up way easier!
