So what do you think if i let my GF work your request art together?

Actually it can be interesting. It can be a nice experience for u two to both work on the same thing and add your own thought into it. Therefore it could be done faster or it would require less effort and time from one person to finish a piece in the same amount of time. It sounds like a perfectly fine and reasonable idea to me.
