l live in the UK where they've privatized the trains. A friend of mine was on one when it was stopped by a technical fault. Before this could be dealt with two companies had to decide which of them was responsible for doing so.

2022-08-17 01:34:48 +0000 UTCThis is only my opinion, but I think being dependent on tourism can be hairy and many tourists (note: not all) don't take the time to learn anything about the environment they're visiting. So I can deffo see how that could fuck up the surrounding communities. edit: Especially when tourists demand modern conveniences that might not really be realistic given the available resources and such. We are such a disruptive species 😥 But yeah, I'm sure a lot of these tourist spot seeds were planted by the military/industrial farming.
