Fix issue where colour temperature was obviously shifting when entering/exiting a cloud shadow. There is an undesired exposure boost in the same scenario, which should be reduced in the next Pure update

Thought I'd check in as there's not much activity on the filter for now, as Pure development is a bit quiet at the moment and I've not received any suggestions/issue reports.
Occasionally I'm pushing car/track config fixes to the CSP github (so they auto download for everyone). I've done one for High Force track which has looked a bit suboptimal (most materials being too bright) since recent CSP/Pure changes, however the track author is not active on...

Advanced saturation/vibrance control, boosting dull colours and reducing oversaturated colours.
The desired brightness look for this filter has until now given dull colours in some places (e.g. laguna seca environment in high sun), and some cars in AC have always looked too saturated to my eye (red F40, green Lamborghinis etc). This update addresses both points, as well as applying to the track itself, giving a more natural/less cartoony feel.

Updates for filters for default WeatherFX (LCS and Gamma)
Natural_Mod_Base renamed to Natural_Mod_Base_Gamma. Natural_Mod_Base is now intended for use with Default WeatherFX with LCS. Only tested with latest CSP
Natural_Mod_Base (for default WeatherFX + LCS) is using Uchimura tonemapping, giving a similar look to my filter for Pure LCS

No point using Steam VR with an Oculus headset due to extra performance overhead

If you have a high end GPU then I prefer to set your ideal/baseline res here, and then can fine tune/adjust if needed in individual games where you have too little/much headroom. 4704x2528 is ok but 4864x2592 seems ideal
