Detox to Retox
Added 2022-11-09 21:26:32 +0000 UTCIt is so important to sweat and detox. So grateful for my healthy friends and their infrared sauna company that helps me feel AMAZING and HIGH ON LIFE. It’s so important to surround yourself with those who you learn from and want to become. We become the people with whom we spend the most time. You are also a product of what you put inside your body and what you expose your skin, body and psyche to. The body is a temple, the most valuable instrument… every day, each year I learn this and implement practices to nourish myself more and more.
My yoga teacher always used to say “detox to retox.” I used to assume that retox meant we can drink and consume less healthy food. As the world turns, I’m finding that toxins are in everything, even the most local organic food. The point is, it is so important to detox and cleanse the body whenever wherever possible.
