Tier changes and update!!!

A change was made on tier rewards.
- Tier 6 now includes a wallpaper commission along with the Animation!
I'l try posting some wallpapers here so it is not empty, I bought a graphic tablet, an Xpen, so I will be mor active on wallpapers
