Which chapter is this explained? I read the manga but I don't remember this so I'm interested in reading about it myself

2020-04-11 02:34:56 +0000 UTClittle info not in the anime from one of the extra pages in the manga, the black haired twin is actually a boy they dress up and raised as a girl, until he comes of age, I think it's based on something that actually use to happen in japan. The author of demon slayer adds in a lot of extra little bits between chapters.
