Fortnightly Update 64: Another Year Older

Hey everyone, on this update we've got a peek at the nearly-finished Monthly art, a new commission sheet (opening soon 🤞) and a rodent infestation (sadly not Moushley) in my shed.

Art Stuff

First up, i'm super close to finishing the Monthly Art, i'm onto the final frame! Also, i'm doing a Timelapse for this one (Clip Studio Paint has the functionality built in)

I imagine i'll have the alts finished next week easily :)

As mentioned at the start, i've been working on a new Commission Terms of Service which i'll release alongside a Google Form later this month! The plan is to accept four->six comms between/alongside patreon work. I'll keep you posted!

Also, I commissioned Perthwise (really good chonk artist) last month and am now at the top of their queue. I'm hyped to get ahold of the lines so I can colour them.

Life Stuff

It was my 28th birthday earlier this week and I gotta say, the existential dread of being thirty soon did hit me :P  I didn't even take the day off work, it was super lame. But some late night Apex with the BF capped things off okay :) 

Nothing made me feel more grownup than going out to my shed, planning to mow the lawn, and finding that some rodents had made a home in there over winter. They ate up an old dustsheet, gnawed on my wellies (galoshes), broken into my birdseed and a bag of potting soil and chewed some bristles off my yardbroom. Then they made a nest in my tarpaulin.

I didn't see any animals in there, so i've just evicted them I think. On the bright side, my shed is now much tidier! And i've shored up the shed door to prevent further invasions.

Anyways, spring is underway and the weather is getting warmer. I hope you had a lovely easter (if you celebrate it, Christianity or chocolate egg style) and have a great weekend!
