2025-03-23 23:07:52 +0000 UTCMy theory is I think jinwoo can see what his shadows see and he let them people die, because how would he know to enter the battle or to have the shadow put up that barrier with the 10 min delay the most he could have seen was the healer dying and he was already gone when that showed on the tv. Also he can only use exchange once every few hours so the only logical reason to have a shadow in all those different people is because he can view and keep an eye on them through the shadow.

Love how they portrayed it 23:32 I laughed in the Manwha since the Ant said he would use the one skill Sung would not be able to counter. The ant was born From his perspective, they’re taking over land to survive because they’re literally eating each other These hunters come in and start killing his family and his mom He gets back at them And recognizes that they killed his mom, the queen So he wants a very specific revenge to kill their king because that’s how he understands everything that the soldier humans are not the ones he’s looking for. It’s the king human he wants to kill. He really is the ant Jinwoo but it’s kind of like how it was said at the beginning of the series Our MC started weak, so he learned how to survive even when he was weak The ant was born strong So strong, in fact, all he had to do was out strength, everybody Then he ran into somebody who could not be out strength Even the details of when the ant is just throwing claws But Jin woo was literally throwing a proper punch with a twisting fist motion, and connecting with his knuckles the details of techniques he’s done this longer. it’s not just strength because he could’ve skipped all the intelligence stats that he needs to be a mage and put everything into strength and agility, but he understands there’s different ways of winning And the benefits of different things to help others, not just himself

At least that's the cases for this manhwa there's one that's similar where the main gains Holy magic and can still revive the dead. Also they don't really talk about it but the one's he can revive are not limited to just the one's he kills. No sure if the will ever cover it in the anime but one of his shadow much later is someone that was murdered by someone else.

When he was going around snatching heads off of people's bodies or bullying the weak - he didn't think twice about any of it. *shrug* He should have manned up and fought until the end. But his natural instincts kicked in and he tried to run for survival.

I hadn't even considered that he might just extract the shadow of the healer (Byung-Gu?) because I thought it had to be someone he defeated but then I realized that that's probably because he's been solo leveling (no pun intended!) so all we've seen him extract have been the shadows of those he (or his shadows) have defeated. Can't wait for the season finale (sob!) to see what he actually does!

Yall forget, the broadcast was a delayed broadcast because they wanted to be able to cut it off in case anything went wrong. THERFORE, it is not Jinwoo's fault that he died, it is the broadcasting stations fault for delaying the broadcast instead of showing what was happening in real time so that he could react accordingly. Before that, Jinwoo would not have known what was happening because the only Japanese S Rank that had a shadow was Goto and he even says that he lost track of the shadow before he knew what had happened. And the broadcast up to the point when the King came in and started killing everyone looked like they had everything under control. Also, some people talk about Iron, but Iron came for his head, so that was just self defense. As far as the rest of his party, it was the A ranks decision to split up, so thats on him.
