The more specific your ideas, the better. I prefer detailed outlines and good photo reference to one sentence prompts. With commissions, I want to get straight to drawing without spending too much time on ideation. This also allows me to accept more of them.

2021-05-23 15:06:43 +0000 UTCI'll be posting a price list along with the announcement but generally it's $30/step for black & white and $50/step for color. Backgrounds and complicated character designs cost extra.

2021-05-23 10:18:30 +0000 UTCI don't mind! I wouldn't discourage anyone from applying. Knowing I've had good collaborations with a commissioner in the past definitely matters. At the end of the day, though, I'll pick the ideas that interest me most.

Or do you not mind? I have an idea for one, but wouldn’t want to keep hogging a slot each time your commissions open if that’s a problem!
