August Update
Added 2020-08-22 16:00:04 +0000 UTCHello Patrons! First off, if you've come for the Saturday $20+ post, I put it up on Wednesday for the sole reason Sylvie is really dang popular.
I just did a mini tour of Portland, Seattle and Columbus OH, doing 9 shoots with a variety of amazing models. It's a huge range of material, from the kind of trashy character stuff as seen above, to noir-is black and white to instax collages to girls-gone-wild to very highbrow conceptual. As soon as the tour was over, I was recalled to my public school job, which will keep me busy until the divorce is finalized and I can do another tour in the fall.
I'm on a quest to travel to cities I've never shot in like Boston or Denver, meet a ton of new people and get a foothold in each. Perpetually I feel like I should be starting from scratch, only to find there's areas from my own life that were sleeping just for a while - my school job which was taken at the start of the pandemic, shooting with Maggie which she's now back into, working with Riley and Heather above who I hadn't seen since December. It's so interesting to me, as I make these trips and meet new people, seeing who sticks around long-term.
