Note: Some non-broken cleared mods need non-critical updates to reflect the new features. These updates (depending on importance) will either be made within the next few days or with the next regular update. However, you can safely use all mods.
ALL MODS NOW CLEARED OR UPDATED:
- The new Refill Personality Traits mod, which is still in Early Access, is undamaged by the patch. The mod is confirmed compatible. Additionally, I extended the Early Access for this mod for another two weeks until August 8th.
- The Better Pie Menu needs to be updated because many social menus have changed their structure due to the introduction of special relationship menus. Without updating, some interactions will not be displayed in the relationship group.
- All shopping mods from the PSO series were not damaged by the patch. The updates (see list below) are not patch-related! The mod versions were in Early Access and have now been extensively tested and are available to everyone free of charge. In addition, the compatibility of the Purchase Bottled Drinks, Purchase Occult Books, and Purchase Sunblock Addon has been confirmed.
- Custom Electives (Core) has already been updated. All other university mods (including all individual classes from Custom Electives, Drama Degree is Acting and University Skill Class Tweak) are confirmed to be compatible.
- All mods from the Smart Cheats & Randomizer series were not patch-related updated. The patch did not break them. I just adapted the strings and icons from Smart Gender Cheats to the style of the new attractiveness preferences.
- Small cheating mods like Create New Sim, Rapid Household Management, Make Sims Pansexual Again have been tested and are also intact and compatibility with the patch has been confirmed.
- Small game play mods like Auto Service Career, Beach Yoga, Bill Master, Death Roulette Challenge, Extended Private Journal, Laundry Service, Take It Off (No Shoes), No Forgotten Birthday Drama, No Holidays Failure Drama, Urn/Stone Overhaul and Write Skill Book have been tested and are also intact and compatibility with the patch has been confirmed.
- All CAS mods (Body Hair Replacement and No War Fashion) and objects mods (Medical Decorations Kit, Outdoor Tweaks, and Pharmacy Kiosk) are tested and compatible.
- Visible Weather Preferences urgently needs to be updated. Old version is broken and prevents CAS from starting. Important: Please note that the way likes/dislikes are added in the game has changed a lot since patch 1.108. They can no longer be added to the game as easily as they used to be! You now need Zerbu's Custom Preferences Mod for all custom likes and dislikes (regardless of the creator). Currently, this mod does not support my weather preferences, but I have written to Zerbu asking them to add my mod as well. Without this mod from Zerbu, you simply won't see my weather preferences in the game. Please do not use any custom likes/dislikes mods without this mod from Zerbu, otherwise you will not be able to open the CAS and you will see an eternal loading screen!
- Visible Favorite Movie Genre and Visible Handedness are compatible witch the patch. These are gameplay traits and not preferences (in the technical sense).
- Selvadoradian gameplay: Deadly Poisons is scheduled to be updated after fixing some non-critical and minor bugs. Salvadoran Herbalism and Selvadoradian Poisoning Overhaul mods are compatible.

- I released Selvadoradian Poisoning Overhaul exclusively for patrons in February 2024. Because it was rejected by CurseForge (pregnant women can die there), I didn't publish it on CurseForge and unfortunately have since forgotten to post it on another platform for everyone.
- Now non-patrons can download it here. This is the first free release now. I still haven't prepared a page for this mod on my homepage. You can find all the information here on my Patreon.

π¨ Previous Issues (DX11 related)
- Christmas Poster & Painting Collection v. 1.1.0 (DX11 issue since patch 1.107)
Only two of the four modules were damaged. Updating is not a priority for me yet! Using the mod does not break the game, it just displays large question marks instead of poster pictures.
DirectX 11 is indeed available for The Sims 4 as an opt-in feature starting from patch 1.107. This update allows players who choose to run the game with DirectX 11 to potentially experience improvements in game performance and graphics quality. This rollout is part of an ongoing effort to enhance the gaming experience for players on Windows systems.
