10 More Ocean Encounters

The second part to Troy McConnell's random table of encounters at sea is now published! The last one got some great feedback here, so I think you will enjoy part two:

I have also put together a 1d20 "master list" since 1d20 tables are so convenient to keep handy during play. You can find that one here:

Troy's having a great time writing these and I think they are a welcome addition to the site, so please let us know what you think and what other content you would like to see! I will be sure to pass it on.

Just in case there is any confusion, this is a free post and you will not be charged for it. It's just some more content to bolster the website and inspire your adventures. Enjoy!

Troy's figuring that out as it's something we plan to do. A whole section of the gallery for 1d20 charts and adventures, with bundled maps, perhaps.

I'd love to see these (with descriptions) in a convenient PDF.

That's a good point Benjamin. I'll keep it in mind. I'm glad you're enjoying Troy's stuff too, he's got a lot of ideas still to put on paper!

Another excellent round of encounter ideas. Both the single sentence and the meatier paragraph are very useful. I would love more of those. Any terrain would do, really, but liminal terrain is often overlooked: mountainside forest, deltas, young forests, desert borders... As with any boundary, these places are home to wider arrays of creatures and cultures (and richer history). Thank to the both of you!
