Hey there, wonderful people!
Have you been wondering when dodecahedra and swirly vase patterns would finally merge into one glorious form?! Wonder no more!
Having worked on a bunch of designs recently that involved inset curves and swirls, I'd developed some approaches that were quite different from my usual way of building those kinds of shapes. And, I realised, that the approach I was using could be applied to sharp-edged polyhedra like everyone's favourite dodecahedron!

It did take a bit of fiddling to find proportions that didn't leave little islands of unprintability in corners, but in the end it was nice and clean and neat. It's also another vase form that's very much appropriate for really big nozzles! That said, the photos here are good ol' 0.4mm versions.

Printing Tips
This is a vase mode print, so set your slicer accordingly! Unless, of course, you just want a solid block in the shape of a swirly dodecahedron, which is certainly a valid life choice. No trickiness in this print - all the angles are intended for straightforward printing. It's also a model that will happily accommodate larger nozzle printing!
Print Dimensions
Dodecaswirly vase occupies 165mm x 158mm on the print bed and is 134mm tall, though you can really scale this one up or down to your heart's content!

Futher Thoughts
Right, now to get my mega-huge nozzles out and get some big layer lines happening :)
