WORKOUT DURING WINTER

My trainer always says that I need to keep up with my gym routine or exercise even during my vacation in Japan. So, sometimes I decide to go jogging or even do calisthenics in a park like this, even in the middle of winter.

So this my picture before Japan, I need to check!

1. Tennoji Park

On my second day in Japan, I explored the area around my hotel and discovered a vast park perfect for working out, just 1 km away. It's called Tennoji Park. The park offers various attractions, including a zoo, museum, picnic spots, and more.

Plus, there are several nearby destinations, such as the Tsutenkaku Tower, Shitennoji Temple, and Abeno Harukas (Japan's tallest building).

2. Kanaoka Park

The park is 1 km away from the station, so I jogged there as a warm-up exercise.

 Welcome to Kanaoka Park, one of the largest sports parks in Osaka. The park features various facilities, including an athletic track, tennis courts, gymnasium, basketball courts, jogging tracks, and more.

One lap around this track is approximately 1 kilometer

I'm actually here for calisthenics, And this is the perfect spot, located near the athletic track and jogging path. There are several areas like this

 

Then, I found this unique chair. I had no idea how to use it, but after watching some elderly men using it, I finally understood.

After 45 minutes of working out here, I decided to take a break and soak up some sun, as it was pleasantly warm. The current temperature is around 9-11 degrees Celsius

The area offers a lovely view, and you can even spot birds like these
 

No need to worry about getting cold or finding a restroom - there are clean facilities available on site

That's my sports experience during my vacation in Japan. It was absolutely enjoyable! I'd give both parks a 10/10 rating!! They're free, comfortable, and safe!!

And here's a photo of me after finishing my 14-day trip to Japan. My personal trainer was a bit disappointed to see my body starting to lose its tone, haha! What do you think Guys?
