I always found Kahlan to be the more interesting character in this show. At first look she appears to be almost nun like. And by many she is revered as a holy person. But she can fight and kill with her sword as good as any soldier. She can she through any lie and the power of "confession" can permanently control anyone she uses her power on. I like that using it bothers her. It can be a horrible thing to do to someone. Forcing them to be obsessively in love with you for the rest of their life (or her life) Of course it has its drawbacks as we saw here. An obsessed person can do things you might not want. And if you noticed, using it even once knocks her temporarily out, leaving her vulnerable. Lets hope they explore her powers more. Yes, these things make her very interesting, well that and the fact that she is incredibly gorgeous. π
