Forearms or Fivearms?

Forearm training for women is a debated topic even in bodybuilding,  It seems most guys train forearms but women often neglect them.  Forearms get worked indirectly during most upper body exercises anyway.  Power lifting tends to develop them quickly because of the grip strength required.  Also in my experience I find people with developed forearms tend to have good calves as well (some sort of genetic connection).  Holland Canter has both.  This gallery is available now to Patreon members.  There are 64 high quality images of Holland in the gym.
