Imagawa wouldn't have time to work on that show because he would have been busy not just with the final episode of Giant Robo but also on Getter Robo: Armageddon (at least, the few episodes he did direct).

2024-11-19 19:54:25 +0000 UTCGood video, but one big issue to clarify: Imagawa didn't direct the 1997 Berserk anime. That was Naohito Takahashi. Despite what Wikipedia says, he wasn't head writer either. There was no series composer on that show, just a handful of script writers.
